Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Life Admin Assistant with a strong focus on personal organization to support a key individual or team in our Long Beach office. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks, requiring a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage complex personal and professional calendars, travel, and logistics. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where discretion and efficiency are paramount. You will be instrumental in optimizing workflows, managing household vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless personal administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and personal engagements.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and transportation.
- Process expense reports and manage budgets with meticulous attention to detail.
- Handle personal errands, appointments, and household management tasks as needed.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring information is easily accessible.
- Act as a liaison with various vendors, contractors, and service providers for personal matters.
- Assist with special projects, event planning, and research tasks.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, often with competing deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and professional information.
