Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming shipments and materials.
- Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
- Operate various types of warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
- Perform quality checks on products and packages to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and labeling items.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers regarding workflow and any issues.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 49 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (even if informal).
- Familiarity with basic computer systems or scanning devices.
