Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Microsoft Account Coordinator! This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented professional to support our key Microsoft accounts. In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining client satisfaction, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Microsoft accounts, building strong client relationships.
- Coordinate internal resources (sales, technical, support) to meet client needs and project deadlines.
- Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for internal teams and clients.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing client correspondence.
- Ensure all client inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently, escalating as necessary.
- Support the sales team in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
