Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Music Wellness Coordinator with a corporate wellness focus to join our dedicated team. This 100% remote role involves designing, implementing, and managing music-based wellness programs for our corporate employees globally. The ideal candidate will leverage the therapeutic and uplifting power of music to enhance well-being, reduce stress, improve focus, and foster a positive and engaging work environment for our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, curate, and lead a diverse range of music wellness programs and activities tailored to corporate employees.
- Coordinate virtual and potentially future in-person music sessions, workshops, and events.
- Assess the effectiveness of music wellness initiatives through feedback, surveys, and participation metrics, adapting programs as needed.
- Collaborate closely with HR, benefits, and broader wellness teams to integrate music wellness into comprehensive employee well-being strategies.
- Manage program budgets, resources, and scheduling efficiently.
- Stay abreast of current trends and research in music therapy, wellness, and corporate well-being to continuously innovate program offerings.
- Promote music wellness programs through internal communication channels.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in wellness program coordination or management within a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of the therapeutic and psychological benefits of music.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a 100% remote work environment.
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and program management software.
- Demonstrated passion for music and its positive impact on human well-being.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy, Health Promotion, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification in wellness coaching, corporate wellness, or music therapy.
- Experience working with a global or large-scale corporate employee base.
- Knowledge of diverse music genres and their applications in wellness contexts.
- Familiarity with data analysis for program evaluation.
