Are you a friendly, energetic individual looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity? Southwest Airlines is seeking a Weekend Airport Passenger Aide to join our Guest Services team. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of Southwest, providing essential assistance and information to passengers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience during their time at the airport. Key Responsibilities
- Greet passengers with a warm and welcoming demeanor, offering proactive assistance.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding flight schedules, gates, baggage claim, and airport amenities.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including those requiring wheelchair assistance, families with young children, or unaccompanied minors.
- Help direct passengers through security checkpoints, to gates, and to ground transportation.
- Resolve minor passenger inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a visible and approachable presence in the terminal to assist passengers.
- Collaborate with airline staff and airport personnel to ensure seamless passenger flow and experience.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Handle unexpected situations or delays with calm and effective communication.
Required Skills
