Job Description

Join our team as a Mystery Evaluator and play a crucial role in helping businesses improve their customer service and operational standards. As an evaluator, you will visit various establishments in and around Temecula, CA, posing as a regular customer to assess specific aspects of the customer experience. This includes evaluating cleanliness, product availability, staff demeanor, service efficiency, and adherence to company standards. Your detailed feedback directly impacts our clients’ strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned businesses, acting as a typical customer.
