Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with styling advice, product location, and purchase decisions, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including restocking merchandise, folding clothes, and tidying fitting rooms.
- Support inventory management through receiving, tagging, and organizing new arrivals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Educate customers on current promotions, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and courteously.
