Job Description
Join Netflix as a Platform Evaluator, specializing in UI/UX feedback. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, usability, and overall experience of the Netflix platform across various devices and interfaces. You will provide critical feedback on new features, existing functionalities, and design elements to help us maintain our high standards of user satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence the product used by millions worldwide, contributing to an intuitive and enjoyable entertainment experience. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of Netflix's user interface and user experience across multiple platforms (web, mobile, smart TVs, gaming consoles).
- Identify and document UI/UX issues, bugs, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback to product, design, and engineering teams.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and product updates.
- Adhere to established guidelines and criteria for evaluating platform performance and usability.
- Contribute to the development of evaluation protocols and best practices.
- Stay informed about current UI/UX trends and competitive analysis in the streaming industry.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to critically analyze user interfaces and user experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for providing detailed feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle inconsistencies.
- Proficiency with various digital devices and operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Fluency in English (US English).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in UI/UX testing, quality assurance, or product evaluation.
- Familiarity with streaming platforms and entertainment industry trends.
- Experience using bug tracking or project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- A degree or certification in a related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or Communications.
