Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Netflix Support Specialist to join our remote team. This role is crucial in ensuring our members receive world-class support for their Netflix streaming experience. As a specialist, you will resolve complex technical issues, provide account assistance, and help members navigate our vast content library. You’ll be a frontline ambassador for the Netflix brand, ensuring every interaction is positive and efficient. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Netflix members via phone, chat, and email, addressing a wide range of inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming devices, network connectivity, account access, and content playback.
  • Educate members on Netflix features, plans, and subscription options.
  • Efficiently resolve member complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with Netflix's product updates, policy changes, and service offerings.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and share best practices with colleagues.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when dealing with customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with streaming media services or consumer electronics.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (Spanish a plus).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
