Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.

- Engage residents in social activities, conversations, and outings to promote well-being and reduce isolation.
- Monitor and record residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the senior care team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
- Adhere to all care plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a trusting and respectful relationship with residents and their families.
