Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Wellness Aide to join our corporate support team in Henderson, NV. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals passionate about health and wellness, looking to start a career in corporate well-being. The Occupational Wellness Aide will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our employee wellness programs, contributing to a positive and healthy work environment for all staff members. This role involves administrative tasks, program coordination support, and direct interaction with employees to promote wellness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of various employee wellness programs and events.
- Manage scheduling for wellness workshops, health screenings, and individual wellness consultations.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry related to program participation and outcomes.
- Prepare communication materials, presentations, and promotional content for wellness initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the Occupational Wellness team, including managing supplies and resources.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding wellness programs with professionalism and excellent customer service.
- Help organize and set up wellness-related resources and facilities on-site.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective delivery and promotion of wellness services.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
