Job Description
Join the Sobeys digital content team as an Online Image Cataloger, focusing on simple yet essential tasks to enhance our online product listings. This is a flexible, part-time, and 100% remote position perfect for individuals who possess a keen eye for detail and enjoy organizing visual information. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have access to high-quality, accurately categorized product images, contributing directly to an improved online shopping experience across our various brands. Key Responsibilities
- Review, categorize, and tag product images according to established guidelines and taxonomies.
- Ensure all images meet quality standards for resolution, lighting, and presentation.
- Perform basic image edits (e.g., cropping, resizing) as needed using provided tools.
- Upload and link images to the correct product entries within our content management system.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with image quality or product data.
- Collaborate with the digital content team to maintain consistency and accuracy across the online catalog.
Required Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer operations and web navigation.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Strong visual acuity and ability to identify subtle differences in images.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
