Job Description
Are you an eagle-eyed individual with a passion for online shopping and a knack for detail? Walmart Inc. is seeking diligent Online Retail Mystery Shoppers to help us evaluate and enhance our e-commerce shipping and packaging processes. In this crucial remote role, you will perform online purchases, receive packages at your home, and meticulously review various aspects of the delivery experience, from order placement to product arrival condition. Your detailed feedback will directly contribute to improving our customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Place designated online orders through Walmart.com and other specified platforms.
- Monitor order status and track shipping progress.
- Receive packages and document the arrival condition, including packaging integrity, handling, and delivery timeliness.
- Inspect product packaging for damage, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
- Evaluate the quality and efficiency of the shipping methods used.
- Provide comprehensive and objective written reviews and photographic evidence detailing your experience.
- Complete detailed questionnaires and reports within specified deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments and findings.
