You will play a crucial role in supporting our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Online UPS systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks on UPS units and associated equipment.
- Monitor UPS system performance, identify potential issues, and report findings to the lead technician.
- Document all service activities, including maintenance logs, repairs, and system configurations.
- Learn to identify common UPS component failures and assist in replacement procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly cared for.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines during all work operations.
- Provide basic technical support and escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts (e.g., voltage, current, circuits).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team environment.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the power management industry.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications for documentation and communication.
Preferred Qualifications
