Job Description
Are you passionate about empowering small businesses? As an Online Virtual Office Partner at Vistaprint, you will be the backbone for a portfolio of small business clients, providing essential administrative, organizational, and operational support. This 100% remote role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a virtual environment and is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs streamline their operations and focus on growth. You will manage various aspects of their virtual office, ensuring smooth daily functioning and contributing directly to their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for assigned small business clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Manage and organize virtual calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Handle email correspondence, drafting responses, and organizing inboxes efficiently.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document management using various online tools.
- Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Conduct online research to support client projects and initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support, including creating presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Support clients with basic social media scheduling or content organization.
- Proactively identify client needs and suggest solutions to improve their virtual operations.
