Job Description
We are seeking motivated and efficient Packers to join our dynamic team in Wesley Chapel, Florida. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in our fulfillment center operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently packed for shipment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to established guidelines.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
- Be prepared for repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production goals.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Basic comprehension skills to understand safety instructions and job tasks.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience using an RF scanner.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
