Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and processing payments.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions.
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding account balances, services, and general banking procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to refer customers to other banking products and services based on their needs.
  • Support branch staff with administrative tasks and ensure the branch environment is organized and welcoming.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
