Key Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions.
- Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding account balances, services, and general banking procedures.
- Identify opportunities to refer customers to other banking products and services based on their needs.
- Support branch staff with administrative tasks and ensure the branch environment is organized and welcoming.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
