Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality pedicure services, including foot soaks, nail shaping, cuticle care, callus removal, massage, and polish application, under guidance.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized workstation, adhering to all sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout their service.
- Educate clients on nail care best practices and recommend appropriate retail products.
- Prepare and replenish treatment areas, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
- Attend all mandatory training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient spa operation.
- Handle client inquiries and bookings professionally and courteously.
