Job Description
This entry-level Personal Assistant role offers a fantastic opportunity for an organized and proactive individual to join the administrative team at CHI Health in Grand Island. You will provide comprehensive support to a designated executive or department, ensuring smooth daily operations. This position is designed for individuals eager to learn and grow, even without prior experience. We value a flexible approach and are looking for someone who can adapt to varying tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
- Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and directing inquiries.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and office supply management.
Required Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
