Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist certified Personal Trainers with session setup and breakdown, including preparing equipment and workout areas.
  • Greet clients warmly, prepare them for their sessions, and provide support as directed by the trainer.
  • Ensure the training area is clean, organized, and all equipment is properly stored after use.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all members and clients.
  • Learn and apply basic fitness principles and exercise techniques under the guidance of experienced trainers.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to personal training services as needed.
  • Act as a supportive and encouraging presence for clients during their fitness journey.

  • Any foundational fitness courses or certifications (e.g., CanFitPro, ACE, NASM – even if entry-level).
