Job Description
We are seeking diligent and efficient Picker Packers to join our dynamic team in Morley, Leeds. This role is crucial for ensuring our products are accurately selected, packed, and ready for dispatch to our stores and customers. You will play a vital part in the smooth operation of our distribution centre, working in a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified requirements and targets.
- Operate pallet trucks or other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if needed).
- Ensure all products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks as required.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar logistics environment.
- Familiarity with picking and packing processes.
- Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
