Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and meticulous Pinterest Records Clerk to join our remote administrative team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate and organized records related to our Pinterest activities, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for various internal departments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of data entry best practices, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment. This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain records related to Pinterest campaigns, content, and analytics data.
  • Organize and categorize digital assets and documentation according to established protocols.
  • Conduct regular audits of Pinterest-related data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate reports on data entry progress and record status as required.
  • Assist in developing and improving record-keeping systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to retrieve and verify information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding Pinterest records in a timely manner.
