Job Description
Join JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Member Service Representative in our Fishers branch. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support for their banking needs. You will assist with transactions, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and educate members on our comprehensive range of products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with their financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Provide comprehensive information and guidance on various banking products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with all banking policies and regulations.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell appropriate products and services that meet customer needs.
- Process account openings, closures, and updates with precision.
- Educate members on digital banking solutions and self-service options.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Cash handling experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in banking or financial services.
- Familiarity with CRM software and banking systems.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
