Job Description
Are you looking for a fun and energetic work environment? Domino’s is seeking an enthusiastic Pizza/Taco Style Associate to join our team in Winston-Salem. While this role primarily focuses on pizza preparation, we value associates with a flexible mindset and a willingness to learn diverse food preparation techniques, including those that might incorporate taco-style elements for special promotions or menu innovations. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, crafting delicious food, ensuring quality, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality pizzas, sides, and other menu items according to Domino's standards.
- Handle food safely and maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely.
- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking ingredients and supplies.
- Clean and sanitize all food preparation areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Learn and adapt to new menu items or preparation styles, including potential taco-style offerings.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for order taking and cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
