Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Private Guest Chauffeur to join our dedicated team. This specialized role will primarily serve our tourism and AirBnB clientele in and around New Port Richey, providing exclusive, safe, and comfortable transportation experiences. The ideal candidate will possess impeccable driving skills, a profound understanding of local geography, and an unwavering commitment to discreet and personalized service. You will be instrumental in enhancing our guests’ travel experiences, ensuring seamless transitions between airports, attractions, and their vacation rentals, often providing concierge-level assistance on the go.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport guests to their destinations, including airports, local attractions, restaurants, and AirBnB properties.
- Maintain a pristine vehicle interior and exterior at all times, ensuring it meets luxury standards.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and provide courteous support.
- Plan optimal routes, considering traffic and guest schedules, using GPS and local knowledge.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide personalized concierge services, such as recommendations for dining, activities, and local insights.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding guest information and itineraries.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, guests, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage booking schedules and ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Required Skills
- Valid Florida Class E driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of professional chauffeuring or luxury transportation experience.
- Excellent knowledge of New Port Richey, Pasco County, and surrounding Tampa Bay areas.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sense of discretion, professionalism, and punctuality.
- Ability to operate high-end luxury vehicles safely and smoothly.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable using GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience specifically with tourism or AirBnB guest transportation.
- Certification in defensive driving or advanced chauffeur training.
- Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, German, French).
- First Aid and CPR certification.
