Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and proactive Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our busy real estate agency. This pivotal role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support, ensure smooth daily office operations, and contribute to a positive experience for all clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage and maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for real estate agents.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and copying.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Handle inquiries and provide general information about our services.
  • Support agents with various administrative duties as needed.
  • Ensure the office facilities are presentable and functional throughout the day.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
