Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level knowledge and support on the full range of Apple products and services to customers via phone, chat, and video calls.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose problems, and guide customers through effective solutions for hardware and software.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices, ensuring they maximize their Apple ecosystem experience.
- Stay continuously updated with the latest Apple product releases, software updates, and industry trends.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and efficient service.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience with Apple products and services, including macOS, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, and related hardware.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.
- Customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to assist and educate.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a 100% remote environment.
- Proficiency with remote communication tools and collaborative software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification.
- Previous experience in a remote customer service or technical support role.
