Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Remote Transformation Lead to drive large-scale organizational change initiatives for our diverse client base. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing complex transformation programs, focusing on technology adoption, process re-engineering, and cultural shifts. You will work closely with senior leadership to define strategic objectives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes. This is a critical role for individuals who thrive on enabling significant, impactful change across global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
  • Develop comprehensive transformation strategies, roadmaps, and change management plans.
  • Partner with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders to align on strategic objectives and secure buy-in.
  • Oversee program execution, manage risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and agile delivery.
  • Mentor and develop team members, building strong capabilities in change leadership.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, demonstrating tangible business value.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in leading large-scale organizational transformation programs.
  • Proven expertise in change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business transformation.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in program and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Project Management (PMP), or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in a global consulting environment.
  • Deep industry knowledge in sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector.
  • Familiarity with organizational design and operating model principles.
