Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Lead to join our innovative team in Ogden, UT. The successful candidate will drive cutting-edge research initiatives, lead project teams, and contribute significantly to the development of next-generation technologies crucial to our aerospace and defense missions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage research projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and execute strategic research plans aligned with company goals and industry trends.
- Conduct in-depth scientific research, analysis, and experimentation.
- Mentor and guide a team of research scientists and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Prepare and present research findings, technical reports, and proposals to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required Skills
- PhD or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in research and development.
- Proven track record of leading successful research projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in research methodologies and experimental design.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (US Citizenship required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the aerospace, defense, or related high-tech industry.
