Job Description

QuadReal Property Group is seeking an exceptional Residential Concierge to join our luxury residential team in Kitsilano, Vancouver. This demanding yet rewarding full-time position involves 12-hour shifts, requiring a dedicated and highly professional individual committed to providing unparalleled service to our discerning residents. As the first point of contact, you will be the face of our prestigious property, ensuring a seamless and elevated living experience for everyone. We are looking for someone with a proactive approach, impeccable communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality and property management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized, five-star concierge services to residents, including but not limited to, managing package deliveries, arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, and coordinating event tickets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all resident inquiries and requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor security systems and conduct regular property patrols to ensure the safety and security of residents and the premises during assigned shifts.
  • Manage access control for visitors and contractors, adhering strictly to property protocols.
  • Maintain a pristine lobby and common areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness at all times.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to address property issues efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of local amenities, services, and attractions to provide expert recommendations.
  • Handle emergency situations with calm and efficiency, following established procedures.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-end hospitality, residential concierge, or customer service role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage demanding situations with grace under pressure.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, BuildingLink).
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
