Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our busy fulfillment center in Stoke-on-Trent. This is an immediate start, full-time position with various shifts available to suit different lifestyles. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, from receiving and stowing products to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in logistics. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency according to company standards.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and effectively.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners and potentially pallet trucks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet required standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
