Job Description

Wunderman Thompson is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Creative Producer. This role is designed for someone passionate about bringing creative visions to life, eager to learn the ropes of project management, and ready to support the full lifecycle of creative content development. You will work closely with experienced producers, creatives, and account teams, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior producers in managing creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and budgets for various creative assets including video, digital content, print, and experiential.
- Facilitate communication between creative teams, account managers, and external vendors.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, assets, and production calendars.
- Support casting, location scouting, and talent coordination for shoots and recordings.
- Help prepare creative briefs, presentations, and status reports for internal and client reviews.
- Learn and implement best practices in project management and production workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor project issues under guidance.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated interest in creative production, marketing, or advertising.

- Problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Basic familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Understanding of various media formats and production processes (e.g., video, photography, digital design).
