Job Description

In this role, you will be the face of PNC, building lasting relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and helping them navigate a wide range of financial products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate PNC products and services, including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards.
- Process routine banking transactions accurately and efficiently, such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
- Open new accounts, update existing account information, and assist with online banking registration.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Educate customers on various banking technologies and self-service options.
- Actively participate in branch sales activities and contribute to achieving individual and team goals.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including security and compliance standards.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all PNC products, services, and digital offerings.

- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or retail sales.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus.
