Job Description
Join The Gainsborough Bath Spa team as a Sauna & Steam Room Host and become a vital part of our award-winning thermal spa experience. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to ensure our guests enjoy a pristine, safe, and relaxing environment within our sauna and steam room facilities. With a provided uniform, you will represent our commitment to luxury and exceptional service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards within all sauna and steam room areas.
- Regularly monitor and record temperature and humidity levels to ensure optimal guest comfort and safety.
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and provide assistance to enhance their spa experience.
- Ensure all guests adhere to spa etiquette and safety guidelines.
- Restock amenities, towels, and water, ensuring a consistently well-presented environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Respond calmly and efficiently to any guest concerns or emergencies.
- Contribute to a positive and harmonious team environment.
