Job Description

We are urgently seeking skilled and safety-conscious Stand-up Forklift Operators to join our dynamic team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is an immediate hire opportunity for individuals ready to contribute to a world-class logistics operation. As a Stand-up Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of products and materials throughout our warehouse facility, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and inventory management. Your role is critical in maintaining the flow of goods and supporting our commitment to excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve materials and products.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and placement of goods.
  • Transport products to and from designated storage areas, shipping docks, and production lines.
  • Perform daily safety checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or damage.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and documenting material movements.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including manual lifting and stacking.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience operating stand-up forklifts.
  • Valid forklift operator certification or ability to obtain one.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and practices.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and understand instructions.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution center environment.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
