Job Description
Carey International is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Stretch Limo Operator with a strong focus on precision driving to join our esteemed team in Anaheim, CA. As a Stretch Limo Operator, you will be the face of Carey International, providing a superior level of service and ensuring the safe, comfortable, and punctual transportation of our discerning clients. This role demands exceptional driving acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. You will be responsible for navigating California’s diverse roadways with grace and precision, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate stretch limousines safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain a pristine vehicle interior and exterior, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Provide impeccable customer service, assisting clients with luggage and personal requests.
- Adhere strictly to schedules and itineraries, ensuring punctuality for all assignments.
- Utilize GPS and local knowledge to select optimal routes and adapt to changing traffic conditions.
- Maintain open communication with dispatch and management regarding schedule changes, delays, or issues.
- Demonstrate discretion and professionalism, respecting client privacy at all times.
- Handle unexpected situations (e.g., flat tire, minor mechanical issue) with calm and competence.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including trip logs and expense reports.
Required Skills
- Valid California Class B or C driver's license with passenger endorsement (if required for vehicle size).
- Minimum 3 years of professional chauffeuring experience, preferably with luxury or stretch vehicles.
- Impeccable driving record with no major violations.
- Exceptional knowledge of Anaheim and Southern California road networks.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Strong ability to exercise discretion and maintain client confidentiality.
- Proficiency with navigation technology (GPS, mapping apps).
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Defensive driving certification.
- Experience with high-profile clients or executive transportation.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin).
