Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Summer Seasonal Chauffeur to join our team in Miami Beach, FL. As a key part of our guest experience, you will provide safe, efficient, and luxurious transportation services for our discerning guests during the peak vacation season. This role requires exceptional driving skills, a thorough knowledge of the Miami area, and an unwavering commitment to exceeding guest expectations. You will be instrumental in ensuring our guests’ travels are as seamless and enjoyable as their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury vehicles for guest transportation to and from airports, local attractions, business meetings, and other requested destinations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with luggage, opening and closing doors, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, polished, and well-maintained vehicle at all times, conducting daily pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Plan efficient routes, considering traffic patterns, road conditions, and guest preferences to ensure timely arrivals.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding guest information.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, concierge, and other hotel staff to coordinate guest movements.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide local recommendations for dining, entertainment, and points of interest.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (no major infractions in the last 3-5 years).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a hospitality or luxury transport setting.
- Excellent knowledge of Miami-Dade County, including major roads, popular attractions, and airport routes.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury sedans, SUVs, and vans.
- Knowledge of multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese) to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Prior experience as a chauffeur or in a similar guest-facing role within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with in-car technology and navigation systems.
