Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and efficient Supermarket Night Replenishment Assistant to join our team in Inverness. This is a critical role ensuring our store is perfectly stocked and presented for the next day’s customers. You will be responsible for accurately replenishing shelves, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring a tidy and safe working environment during night hours. This role offers a premium rate of pay and requires immediate availability for night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload deliveries and accurately replenish shelves with new stock.
- Ensure all products are faced up, priced correctly, and displayed attractively.
- Rotate stock to minimise waste and ensure freshness.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in the stockroom and sales floor.
- Operate manual handling equipment safely and responsibly.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory checks as required.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical fitness to lift, carry, and move stock.
