Job Description

Teleperformance is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Data Clerk with a strong medical focus to join our remote team. This is a full-time, 100% remote position responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining sensitive healthcare data. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of patient information, supporting various medical administrative processes, and adhering to strict regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and retrieve medical and patient data into designated systems.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
  • Process healthcare forms, patient records, and insurance information in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all protected health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve data-related issues.
  • Organize and archive digital and physical records as required.
  • Assist with data audits and reporting as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Proven data entry experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
