Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Teleperformance Logistics Coordinator with a strong supply chain focus to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods, from procurement to delivery, utilizing advanced telecommunication tools and strong analytical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, optimizing supply chain processes, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to contribute to a global logistics network from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, using remote communication tools.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates and resolving any issues or delays proactively.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, improve processes, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare and process logistics documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new logistics strategies and technologies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for all logistics-related inquiries.
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar supply chain role (2+ years).
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles and practices.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with a global logistics provider or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
