Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and person-centered support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and well-being.
- Engage clients in therapeutic and recreational activities to foster social engagement and skill development.
- Monitor and observe client behaviour, mood, and overall condition, reporting any significant changes to the senior staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support plans are followed.
- Promote a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all clients.
- Offer emotional support and active listening to clients, helping them feel heard and valued.
- Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
