Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and articulate UPS Customer Liaison with an exclusive focus on written support to join our team in Arvada, Colorado. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information through various written communication channels, including email, chat, and internal messaging systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately via email, chat, and other written platforms.

  • Research and investigate complex customer cases, utilizing internal tools and resources to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, sales) to escalate and resolve customer issues as needed.
  • Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) for response times and resolution quality.
