Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Aide to join our Wellness Center team in Naperville. In this vital role, you will support the daily operations of our employee wellness initiatives, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all UPS personnel. This position involves assisting occupational health professionals, coordinating wellness activities, and providing essential administrative support to maintain our high standards of employee care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Occupational Health team, including scheduling appointments, managing records, and preparing reports.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of employee wellness programs, health screenings, and preventative health initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within the Wellness Center.
- Order and manage medical supplies and equipment inventory.
- Facilitate communication between employees and occupational health specialists, ensuring timely and appropriate care.
- Support incident reporting and follow-up procedures in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Educate employees on available wellness resources and health and safety protocols.
- Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations regarding employee health information.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety principles.
