Job Description

United Parcel Service (UPS) is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic User Experience Aide specializing in Interface Testing. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute test cases for user interfaces across web and mobile applications.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs and inconsistencies with clear, concise descriptions and reproducible steps.
  • Provide constructive feedback on usability and user experience design elements.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and development teams to understand requirements and validate solutions.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
  • Maintain detailed records of testing progress and results.
  • Learn and adapt to new testing tools and methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of software testing principles.
  • Proficiency in using common web browsers and mobile devices.
