Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Concierge with a strong focus on luxury properties and a smart work approach. In this 100% remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for our elite clients, providing bespoke services that enhance their property ownership experience and daily lives. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards, all delivered through virtual channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and personalized virtual concierge services to high-net-worth individuals and luxury property owners.
  • Coordinate a wide range of services including travel arrangements, exclusive event access, home maintenance scheduling, and personal shopping.
  • Act as a trusted resource, anticipating client needs and offering tailored recommendations for dining, entertainment, and lifestyle services.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple requests efficiently, ensuring timely and impeccable execution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions and sensitive information.
  • Utilize advanced virtual tools and platforms to streamline service delivery and client communication.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and ensuring their satisfaction.
