Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Rebate Processing Clerk to join our team on a part-time, 100% remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing rebates, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining meticulous records. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately review, verify, and process various types of rebates and promotional claims.
- Ensure all rebate submissions comply with established company policies and procedures.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all processed rebates and related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or gather missing information.
- Generate reports on rebate processing activities as required.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements for rebate management.
- Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
