Job Description

Are you passionate about travel and helping others explore the world? Expedia Group is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Virtual Travel Booking Agents to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist customers in planning and booking their dream vacations, business trips, and getaways from the comfort of your own home. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and fantastic travel perks to those who love adventure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and other travel arrangements via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, travel packages, and travel policies.
  • Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently and accurately.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and Expedia Group products.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including internet browsing and basic office software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the travel industry or a call center environment.
  • Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages.
  • A genuine passion for travel and exploring different cultures.
