Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. This is a 100% direct hire, full-time position located at our Corpus Christi distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral part of our supply chain, responsible for various tasks that ensure the smooth flow of merchandise from our suppliers to our customers. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise from trucks, ensuring proper handling and care.
- Stock and organize items in designated warehouse locations, maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Pick and pack orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (with proper certification) in a safe manner.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and quality control checks.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
