Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to educate customers on bank products and services.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of banking products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Adhere to all bank security procedures and compliance regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive branch environment.
  • Assist with opening new accounts and performing account maintenance as needed.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous banking or teller experience.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software and banking systems.
