Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control Video Labeler to join our remote team. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our video annotation projects, which directly contribute to the training of advanced AI models. You will review labeled data, identify errors, and provide constructive feedback to our global team of labelers, playing a vital part in maintaining the high standards of quality that Scale AI is known for. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI development from your home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quality assurance checks on video data labeled by annotators according to project guidelines.
- Identify and document discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies in labeled video segments.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback to labelers to improve their performance and understanding of guidelines.
- Contribute to the refinement of labeling guidelines and best practices based on observed error patterns.
- Collaborate with project managers and client success teams to ensure project quality targets are met or exceeded.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in all quality control tasks.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in basic computer operations and comfortable with online tools and platforms.
